The whole apartment was completely newly repaired and furnished in January of 2024 and is now highly comfortable for your holidays. It has a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, second room, bathroom, the shower in a backyard area and a parking place in a garage.

The apartment hosts 4 guests comfortably, with a double bed (180 cm) in a bedroom and pull-out sofa bed (140 cm) in the smaller second room.

The location is exceptional – you will enjoy the best of tranquillity and the easy access to city as well as to the main beach 5 min walk. Close to city restaurants, shops & bars.
For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance.
If renting a car, for your comfort, you can use a private garage on the ground floor, there is no additional cost for the parking.
